We provide guidance on diabetic diets and educate you on the differences between hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) and hyperglycemia (high blood sugar). Plus, you’ll receive a free diabetic journal to track your readings for your doctor visits, ensuring you stay informed and empowered in your health management.
Cancellation Policy
Once a Care Window has been booked no refunds are currently allowed at this time. However, you are allowed to reschedule your date and time once only. This is 24 hours prior to the start time. Only one cancellation with rescheduling of time and date will be honored.
