PRODUCT INFO
To achieve the best results from your product, wet the skin with warm water and work up a soap lather. Wash your skin as you normally would following with a thorough warm rinse and an immediate cool rinse when washing your face. Apply a facial moisturizer afterwards. You may also use the product on other problematic areas of your skin, but the cool rinse will not apply there. Please avoid getting soap into your inner eyes. If you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients please do not use this product.

Because our items are custom created, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your item arrives defective, or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the review process.
If a claim is approved and the product is determined to be defective, or produced incorrectly, we will work with you and provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.
Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, and personalization details before placing your order, as customer-approved customization errors cannot be refunded or exchanged.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 5-7 business days. If you reside in the Compton or Los Angeles, California areas hand delivery is available at the same flat rate as mail shipping. The difference is you would receive your order sooner in 2-4 business days.
