Your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 5-7 business days. Due to different weather conditions in certain areas shipping and delivery may tend to take a little longer.

Because our items are custom-created, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your item arrives defective, or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the review process.
If a claim is approved and the product is determined to be defective, or produced incorrectly, we will work with you and provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.
Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, and personalization details before placing your order, as customer-approved customization errors cannot be refunded or exchanged.

*Please do not soak the tumbler or ice topper.
*Do not use anything abrasive on the surface or scrub as this will cause scratches.
