Regular Thirst Quencher Tumblers w/ Ice & Fruit Toppers

Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive your receipt and order number via the email you provided at the time of ordering.

Your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 5-7 business days. Due to different weather conditions in certain areas shipping and delivery may tend to take a little longer.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Caring Hearts & Hands 327 are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

Because our items are custom-created, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your item arrives defective, or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the review process.

If a claim is approved and the product is determined to be defective, or produced incorrectly, we will work with you and provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.

Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, and personalization details before placing your order, as customer-approved customization errors cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for:

• Custom photo products
• Memorial products
• Custom tumblers and drinkware
• Custom apparel
• Custom party and event items
• Customer-approved design, spelling, or photo errors

Only products determined to contain a manufacturing defect or a production error may be eligible for review.

*Hand wash the ice topper only, Do not place to ice topper in the dishwasher.

*To dry ice toppers thoroughly, pat dry and place upside down on a paper towel or clean dish mat.

*It is safe to place the tumbler in the dishwasher, or you may hand wash.

*The stainless-steel tumbler and the ice topper are NOT microwave safe.

*Please do not soak the tumbler or ice topper.

*Do not use anything abrasive on the surface or scrub as this will cause scratches.

**The toppers are not a toy for small babies and children. Please do not let them handle or insert into their mouths.
