Lastly send me another chat message letting me know your order number and number of photos you’ve attached. And that’s it. Your order is now ready for processing and your design will be created. You can also send a message regarding your images in the contact us section with any other requests or details as well.

This particular product is of good quality and a nice weighted item. The shipping costs is approximated by its weight, therefore your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 7-10 business days. Due to different weather conditions in certain areas shipping and delivery may tend to take a little longer.

RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

All products sold by Caring Hearts & Hands 327 are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.

Because our items are custom created, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If your item arrives defective, or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the review process.

If a claim is approved and the product is determined to be defective, or produced incorrectly, we will work with you and provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.

Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, and personalization details before placing your order, as customer-approved customization errors cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Only products determined to contain a manufacturing defect, or a production error may be eligible for review.

Please wipe your photo centerpieces off with a soft Kleenex tissue or shammy-like cloth if dust or fingerprints accumulate over time. Do not use anything abrasive on the surface as this will cause scratches and damage it. Please enjoy, cherish, and embrace your new photo keepsake memories.

The measurements of the centerpiece is approximately 7.6 x 7.6 inches and also come in other shapes and sizes such as round, square, and heart shaped.
