WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive your receipt and order number via the email you provided at the time of ordering.
YOUR IMAGES/PHOTOS
Next, go to the chat icon on the websites homepage and click on it. Now click on the symbol that resembles a paper clip and attach your photos there that you want added to your order along with your order #. And that’s it. Your order is now ready for processing and your design will be created. You can also add any other requests or details there as well.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 5-7 business days. You may also choose express shipping if you would like your delivery expedited/rushed in 2-3 business days. Due to different weather conditions in certain areas shipping and delivery may tend to take a little longer.

All products sold by Caring Hearts & Hands 327 are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.
Because our items are custom created, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your item arrives defective, or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the review process.
If a claim is approved and the product is determined to be defective, or produced incorrectly, we will work with you and provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.
Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, and personalization details before placing your order, as customer-approved customization errors cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are not available for:

• Customer-approved design, spelling, or photo errorsOnly products determined to contain a manufacturing defect, or a production error may be eligible for review.
AFTER YOUR ORDER IS COMPLETED
Once your design is completed, you will be sent a draft copy of your design for approval. If no changes are requested your order will be fully processed and completed. Once shipped you will receive your tracking # where you can follow your package until it says delivered.
