Custom Made Stoles

Once your order has been placed and paid for you will receive your receipt and order number via the email you provided at the time of ordering.

Next, go to the chat icon on the websites homepage and click on it. Now click on the symbol that resembles a paper clip and attach your photos there that you want added to your order along with your order #. And that’s it. Your order is now ready for processing and your design will be created. You can also send me your images or photos via text to the business number at the bottom of the websites homepage with any other requests or details as well.

Your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 5-7 business days. Due to different weather conditions in certain areas shipping and delivery may tend to take a little longer.

I stand behind the quality of my products. Once your order has been recieved, opened, unopened, used or unused, returns, exchanges or refunds cannot be granted due to the:

Once your design is completed, you will be sent a draft copy of your design for approval. If no changes are requested your order will be fully processed and completed. Once shipped you will receive your tracking # where you can follow your package until it says delivered.

Dry cleaning is preferred. Place on a hanger and cover with plastic (optional) when not in use.
