Once you have placed your order and paid, go to the contact us section on the drop down menu or at the bottom of the websites homepage and message me for instructions on how to send your images to me.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
To put the puzzle pieces together or take them apart, simply lift them up, out and remove the pieces. Never try to rip or break them apart as they are thick quality puzzle pieces.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your order will be shipped at a flat rate to ensure that the handling, packaging, and postage are all considered for a standard delivery of 5-7 business days. Due to different weather conditions in certain areas shipping and delivery may tend to take a little longer.

All products sold by Caring Hearts & Hands 327 are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer.
Because our items are custom created, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.
If your item arrives defective, or contains an error made during production, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We may request photographs of the item and packaging to assist with the review process.
If a claim is approved and the product is determined to be defective, or produced incorrectly, we will work with you and provide an appropriate replacement or other suitable resolution.
Please carefully review all names, dates, photographs, colors, and personalization details before placing your order, as customer-approved customization errors cannot be refunded or exchanged.

The puzzle pieces are not an edible item (not made to eat). Please be mindful of very small children so they do not put puzzle pieces into their mouths. Please enjoy responsibly.
